The Fotona 4D treatment is a facial rejuvenation and reaffirmation system that synergistically combines two wavelengths, the Erbio: YAG laser (2940 nm) and the Neodymium: YAG laser (1064 nm) of the FOTONA SP platform -Dynamis. This allows to act on the skin and subcutaneous tissue at superficial, medium and deep level. Erbium helps tighten the skin, eliminating fine lines and reducing the depth of wrinkles and Neodymium stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin in the dermis and regenerates the skin.
Through the heat provided by laser light, this 4D system allows the skin to be treated completely, from the deepest to the most superficial layers, producing an integral facial rejuvenation without the need for surgery. The objective of this treatment is to reverse the signs of skin aging (dull skin without density, flaccid, with sun damage, spots and wrinkles) by stimulating the collagen production of the patient, which translates into a tension of the skin, disappearance or attenuation of wrinkles, unification of skin tone, greater luminosity and better texture. After the treatment the skin is rejuvenated, smooth and uniform. Changes in the skin are stable and long-lasting.
How is Fotona 4D rejuvenation treatment
It is a dynamic procedure in 4 stages; in each of the stages, the parameters are adjusted to the characteristics of the patient, thus achieving a personalized treatment in 4 levels.
- SMOOTH LIFT ERBIUM YAG: Consists on the application of the erbium laser in heat mode without ablation – without burns -, intra-orally (by the internal part of the oral mucosa), in cheeks and lips, to produce a stimulation of the production of collagen of the perilabial region, nasolabial region and peribucal region. The appearance of the lips and cheeks is improved and the perilabial lines (bar code) are attenuated.
- FRAC 3 NEODYMIUM YAG: for heating of the superficial dermis. There is a stimulation of collagen through the superficial layers of the skin, through the application of superficial heat.
- MODE PIANO NEODIMIO YAG: For the heating of the deep dermis. It gives rise to a stimulation of the collagen production of the deepest layers of the skin, with which we manage to tighten and reaffirm the treated areas (cheeks, forehead and neck).
- ERBIO YAG SUPERFICIAL EPIDERMAL PEELING: This is the last stage of the treatment consisting in the vaporization of the superficial layers of the skin (variable ablative mode). The depth of vaporization of the skin should be adapted according to the degree of skin damage that the patient we are treating presents.
