Usage, reservation, refund, cancellation and rescheduling policy for Club Le Maison Spa Estetica & Wellness Center Aesthetic Treatments.

1. La Maison does not provide refunds or reimbursements for treatments purchased and NO exceptions apply.

2. The treatments purchased must be used within a maximum period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the services cannot be used and NO exceptions apply.

3. In general, aesthetic treatments require several sessions to achieve the objectives-results and the client can pay per session or per package of several sessions and in the latter case a special discount applies. In both cases this policy applies.

4. In case of acquiring a package of several sessions, this is paid in advance and the client has a physical file that includes the attendance control which must be signed, service contract, invoice, informed consent and these policies, all of which he/she previously accepts.

5. To schedule an appointment a previous deposit is required. In the case of services paid per session, a minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the service is required and in the case of a file of several sessions, the guarantee deposit on the reservation is constituted by the appointments already paid in advance.

6. To schedule an appointment, as well as to make cancellations or rescheduling or reservation changes to your already scheduled appointments must be in writing ONLY to Whats up reservations 8425-2()()()(). All conversations are quality tracked and must be in writing, therefore NO changes or rescheduling are made via phone call or email.

7. Once an appointment is scheduled, a specific date and time is reserved and from the moment the reservation is issued, these spaces will no longer be sold and used for other clients and therapists will be reserved to attend you.

8. You will be able to reschedule and change dates and times FREE OF CHARGE once and up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

9. In case of making a second or more changes or rescheduling a scheduled appointment, each change and new reservation will have a cost of colones per person which must be paid by deposit to reschedule your appointment.

10. If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be considered as completed and deducted from your package.

11. In case of making changes (day or time) and ONE DAY BEFORE your scheduled appointment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 colones per person and must be deposited to the accounts of the company before the scheduled appointment and thus be able to move it to a new date and time. In case of not making the payment and the transfer before the appointment, the same cannot be transferred later and in this case if you do not show up for your appointment you lose the deposit previously paid or you lose the appointment that was scheduled and it will be discounted from your service record.

12. In case you have a file of several sessions and make changes one day before your appointment, the charges mentioned above in this policy apply.

13. You must be at your appointment at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, our services begin on time and if you do not show up the day or time of your appointment, your service can not be provided and you will lose the deposit previously paid or in the case of services that are paid on file you will lose the appointment that was scheduled and will be deducted from your service record.

14. The entrance to the facilities is only allowed with prior reservation and no companions are allowed, except when the person who is going to use the reservation requires special assistance or is a minor, and in these cases only one companion is allowed.

15. In the facilities and being a space of wellness and relaxation, it is forbidden to smoke, make noise and we ask you during your stay and use of its services to use your cell phone in silent mode.
